Procurement Risk Management

What is the aim of the Procurement Risk Management Program?
The procurement risk management program works to prevent, monitor and mitigate supplier risks and secure supply to Roche, as well as ensure compliance of our suppliers.
Risk management is an integral part of all procurement capabilities to ensure a holistic view of our overall supply resilience.
How is this done?
The procurement risk management program works as a supplier risk framework which is incorporated into all aspects of the supplier lifecycle, to ensure the security of supply to Roche and increase supply resilience.
Risks and opportunities identified by the procurement risk management program are reported into Roche Group Risk Management as per their Risk Management methodology. Various risk activities contribute to the procurement risk framework and are supported by the procurement risk management program. Supplier risk management activities can be organized as proactive or reactive risk management.
